Skilled Workforce

CIET's most valuable asset is our staff. This is where we make our most significant investment. In return, we have what we believe to be a committed, flexible, cost conscious, safety focussed team, which enables us to deliver quality projects.

With over 50 full time employees, CIET is proud of the depth of experience and knowledge that our company offers. CIET employees are trained to exacting standards. Our field supervisors are given oversight responsibilities to ensure quick and effective decision-making.

Controls, Systems and Procedures

CIET have developed a range of bespoke software solution that enables the close monitoring and auditing of all aspects of the business.

Management Database System [MAPS]
Our database system provides a real time methodology for the planning and management of ongoing processes such as daily site plans, with personnel and materials scheduling.

Job Packs
Work instructions are printed for each and every job, and every team within that job. Comprehensive work instructions incorporate a variety of practical operating requirements, together with stringent safety procedures.

Materials Control
CIET operates comprehensive material controls that effectively manage up to €750k in stock valuation at any one time. Full time stock control personnel work with planning and logistics personnel, ensuring quick delivery of required materials to site. Procedures including Opening Stock, Stock In, Stock Out, Coding and Usage Reports minimises the possibility of both “out of stock” scenarios and required investment in stock on hand from our clients.

Audits
Audits provide a proactive approach in improving safety performance. This proactive approach provides a feedback loop that enables CIET to maintain its ability to reduce risks. CIET differentiates all the audits into the different categories to determine the most common hazards.

Tool box talks
Tool Box Talks (TBT) are one of the most successful ways of communicating with staff in almost every business. CIET carry out at least four TBT’s per month.
